We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (SEO) to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with proven experience selling digital marketing services in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and close deals with real estate brokerages and property developers. Leverage your existing network of

Senior Marketing Managers, CMOs, and Heads of Marketing

to generate high-value leads. Present and sell tailored

SEO, website development, and digital marketing solutions

designed for the real estate industry. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. Advise clients on

SEO strategies, AI search visibility, and lead generation best practices

for real estate. Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to ensure client success and project delivery. Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and pipeline activity. Stay up to date on

real estate marketing trends, SEO updates, and competitor activity

Requirements

Minimum

2 years' sales experience in SEO and digital marketing

(Dubai experience required). Strong track record of exceeding sales targets. Established network of senior marketing decision-makers in the UAE real estate sector. Experience selling to

brokerages and property developers

preferred. Solid understanding of SEO, website development, and digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Thrives in a
