We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Business Development Manager
who can drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities1. IT Sales (AMC, Outsourcing, Support Services)
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), IT Outsourcing, and Managed Support Services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations to understand requirements and recommend suitable IT services.
Manage the full sales cycle--from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, proposal submission, and deal closure.
Prepare quotations, service agreements, and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and recurring business.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver customized IT solutions aligned with client expectations.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities in the IT services domain.
2. ERP & Digital Transformation (ERP, Customization, Digital Marketing & Branding)
Drive business development for ERP implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing ERP support services.
Promote digital transformation offerings including SEO, SEM, SMM, branding, and website development services.
Conduct product demonstrations, process walkthroughs, and requirement assessments to align solutions with client business goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's footprint in ERP and digital solutions.
Work closely with ERP consultants and marketing teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Prepare tailored proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation for potential clients.
Maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.
General Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Manage the entire sales funnel efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Strengthen the company's brand presence through networking, events, and client engagements.
Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, technical, and operations teams to maximize client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in B2B sales within IT Services, ERP Solutions, or Digital Marketing.
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP, Odoo, or similar), and Digital Marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and close deals effectively.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Quarterly revenue and new client acquisition targets.
Client renewal and retention rate.
Cross-selling of IT, ERP, and Digital Marketing services.
Quality and volume of qualified leads generated.
Client satisfaction and feedback ratings.
