Our client is a well-established exclusive real estate and property management organization specialising in high value real estate catering to high-net-worth individuals. As part of their growth, we are recruiting a UAE experienced customer acquisition manager to join their Dubai team.
The successful candidate will be who will be responsible for lead generation and CXO level client acquisition conversion through increasing property sales, retention and client success management to increase the customer base and revenue.
Role Summary
Actively participate in growing the real estate sales through new client acquisition and retention and being the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive operational improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on new client acquisition ensuring that monthly targets are met.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
7+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business development, sales client acquisition and customer retention within high value real estate.
Experience of working in a client / membership environment and managing budgets and achieving financial targets.
Proven capabilities in business networking at business owner and senior executive leadership level.
Proven ability to be proactive in customer engagement and high sense of customer satisfaction.
Strong financial acumen with experience of financial planning and revenue growth.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to build relationships with CEO, C-level executives, entrepreneurs and high net worth clientele
