Location: Dubai Media city, Concord Tower, Floor 17, Office No. 1702/1703 Below are the details Position: Business Development Manager Organization: Foremen Fiefdom Real Estate About Position: We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis. Gender: Male/Female Duties and Responsibilities Summary:
- Business development to identify new investors and clients.
- The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
- Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
- Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
- Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
- Manage a portfolio of listings.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
- Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.
? Proven sales experience is preferred.
? Well-presented and a good work ethics.
? Has excellent problem-solving skills.
? Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
? Possesses excellent organizational skills.
? Strong negotiation and communication skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
? Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office. Education and Professional qualifications: Any Bachelor's degree. Experience: 1 Year (Preferred), we are open to freshers as well. Monthly Salary Package: 3500 AED- 5000AED (depending upon the experience).
Other variables: Earn up to 40% of sales commission. Joining time: Immediate
