Job Description
JOB DESCRIBTION
- We are looking to employ an experienced Business Development Manager to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions in Dubai Real Estate Market .
- RESPONSIABILITY
- Building financial models to analyses and assess existing and potential Real Estate projects
- monitoring portfolio investments by conducting regular risk and performance analysis
- Researching new investment opportunities and performing through due diligence
- Preparing reports and providing recommendations in order to assist in decision making
- Participating in all aspects of legal documentation deal structuring and financing
- Providing clients with research analysis and advice on complex Real Estate issues
- SKILLS
- You must have at least 2 years of experience has an Real Estate Consulting , Real Estate Investment Role ideally within the REAL ESTAE INDUSTRY
- Should have experience in using property management portals
- You should have excellent communication and influencing skills and able to multi task effectively.
