Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven

Business Development Manager

with a proven track record in the UAE real estate market. The role centers on

developing and pitching investment-grade project proposals

, including feasibility studies, returns analysis, and structuring development opportunities for investors and partners. The ideal candidate will also excel at originating business opportunities and selling a suite of services such as design management, land sales, and sales & marketing.

Key Responsibilities



Project Proposals & Analysis

Lead the preparation of detailed development proposals, including feasibility studies, returns analysis, and investment packages. Collaborate with internal and external consultants to build robust financial models and assess project viability. Present proposals and recommendations to investors, developers, and stakeholders.

Business Origination & Service Sales

Source new opportunities and sell services across feasibility, design management, land sales, and project marketing. Build strong pipelines of prospective clients, investors, and development partners.

Investor Relations

Identify, approach, and pitch to investors (family offices, institutions, HNWIs) to secure funding for development projects. Structure and negotiate commercial agreements to align investor and company objectives.

Market & Deal Intelligence

Monitor UAE real estate trends, land transactions, and regulations to identify new development opportunities. Translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

Client Engagement & Partnerships

Maintain strong relationships with developers, landowners, consultants, and government entities. Deliver professional, persuasive presentations to secure mandates and investments.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 7+ years' experience in business development, investment sales, or real estate advisory in the UAE.

Proven track record in preparing feasibility studies, financial/returns analysis, and investment proposals for development projects.

Demonstrated success in sourcing and securing investors for real estate opportunities. In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate market, development cycle, and investment dynamics. Strong financial and analytical skills, with proficiency in building/understanding feasibility and ROI models. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Established network with developers, investors, and landowners in the UAE.
