Business Development Manager - Real Estate Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, specializing in real estate development, hospitality, retail, and construction sectors. : o Responsible for identifying and securing new real estate opportunities through acquisitions, partnerships, and leases. o Conduct market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to support strategic decisions. o Build relationships with key stakeholders and prepare detailed reports and business cases for senior management. o Align all initiatives with the company's long- term vision, ensuring sustainable portfolio expansions and strong market positioning.Requirements
Male, Arabic nationals with ages 45 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or related field o Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex real estate developments o With in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and stakeholder engagement.
