Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to implement strategies that increase revenue and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Dubai real estate market. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, developers, investors, and partners. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective business growth strategies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction. Track and report on business development metrics and performance. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals. Strong network within Dubai's real estate sector is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
