Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders
Support and execute business development and sales strategies
Conduct market research and monitor UAE property trends
Assist in negotiations and closing real estate deals
Prepare proposals, presentations, and management reports
Represent the company at client meetings, property viewings, and networking events
Requirements:
Minimum
2+ years of Business Development experience
in
UAE real estate
Strong knowledge of UAE property sales and leasing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Arabic or European language speakers preferred
(English mandatory)
