Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving growth for our property management services, and building strong relationships with landlords, investors, and developers. This role requires a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to expand the property management portfolio. Identify and secure new business opportunities with landlords, investors, and developers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored property management solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Achieve business growth targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

business development

, preferably within real estate/property management. Strong understanding of Dubai's property market, RERA laws, and tenancy regulations. Proven track record of achieving sales or business growth targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. UAE driving license is preferred.
