Business Development Executive - Property Management
to drive growth by acquiring new property management contracts and expanding our network of landlords and real estate investors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, identifying business opportunities, and building lasting client relationships, while staying informed about market trends and industry developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify an approach land lords and real estate investors.
Promote our property management services and bringing new buildings under management.
Present and explain property management services to potential clients.
Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and competitiveness in the property management market.
Identify, scout, and approach potential investors and business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
Develop and maintain relationships with the owner to expand our network.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and competitive activity.
Build and maintain a strong database of leads and prospects.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Professional appearance with a results-driven mindset.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with local real estate laws and procedures is a plus.
Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
