We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building and expanding a reliable database of real estate agents and agencies to strengthen our mortgage brokerage partnership network. Your key mission will be to generate a stable stream of partner referrals through outreach, relationship building, and systematic market development.
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify real estate agencies and independent realtors for potential partnerships.
Develop and maintain a structured partner database (CRM).
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
Build long-term relationships with real estate professionals to generate mortgage client referrals.
Negotiate cooperation terms and onboard new partners.
Monitor performance of partner channels and provide regular reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize lead flow and partner processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (real estate or financial services preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.
CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills.
High level of initiative and motivation.
English (at least intermediate) is an advantage.
