We are hiring a
Business Development Manager
to drive client acquisition and revenue generation in the
marine sector
. This role is ideal for candidates who bring a strong commercial mindset, extensive network in the UAE maritime industry, and a proven ability to close high-value contracts.

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate leads through
referrals, shipping events, LinkedIn
, and
CRM tools
Engage prospects with tailored outreach and value-driven presentations
Industry Networking
Build and maintain strong relationships across
shipping, offshore, and marine logistics sectors
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Proposal & Negotiation
Prepare custom commercial offers aligned with client needs
Lead contract negotiations and
close high-value deals
Market Insights & Sales Strategy
Monitor competitor activity and marine service trends
Adjust strategies based on real-time market intelligence
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with
technical and operations teams
for seamless service delivery
Ensure post-sale satisfaction and client retention
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in
marine services, shipping sales
, or
offshore business development
Must have a
strong UAE maritime network
(shipowners, ship managers, procurement leads)
Fluent in
Arabic and English
Deep understanding of
marine service cycles, tenders, and procurement processes
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and
CRM systems
Self-motivated, independent, and highly results-driven
Immediate joiners preferred
