As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition through proactive lead generation and the development of strategic partnerships. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to expand our property offerings. You will also manage key client accounts, nurturing relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success. Working closely with the management team, you will contribute to implementing innovative business strategies and exploring new avenues for market expansion, ensuring we continue to deliver unparalleled elegance and comfort to our discerning guests. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Proven proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a demonstrated ability to secure new clients and strategic partnerships. Ability to create engaging video content and videos for social media to promote our luxury holiday homes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging effectively with high-value clients and partners. Demonstrated experience in Account Management, with a strong track record of maintaining, nurturing, and growing client relationships. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently and consistently meet ambitious sales targets. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of the UAE real estate or hospitality market is highly advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with the local luxury sector.
