. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our property portfolio, driving revenue growth, and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new holiday home properties in key areas across Dubai
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate agents
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market presence
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and revenue teams to ensure optimal performance of newly onboarded properties
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company services
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development within the Holiday Homes or Short-Term Rental industry in Dubai
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and tourism trends
Preferably with experience in property acquisition or real estate negotiations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
UAE driving license is an advantage
Preferred:
Knowledge of relevant Dubai Tourism and regulatory compliance for holiday homes
Familiarity with CRM tools and property management systems
