As Business Development Manager - Leasing, we rely on you to:
Manage the sale and resale of all leased facilities
Develop and execute effective business development strategies that will ensure a continued and sustainable profitable growth for apartments and offices as well as all revenue centers
Implement all the sales activities and action plans outlined in the marketing plan of the hotel to maximize business opportunities
Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals
Handle all property management related matters to ensure a high level of service standard in-line with Shangri-La core values

We are looking for someone who:
Preferably come from a business-related education background
Preferably has relevant experience in real estate property management and leasing
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, willing to challenge the status quo
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
Understands the global market and local environment
Excellent presenter and communicator
Thinks outside of the box
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
