Responsibilities
- Acquiring new business & following the complete sales cycle for new and existing customers.
- Prospecting, generating leads, meetings, requirement gathering, business proposal, negotiation, related documentation & closure of lead.
- Experienced, actively & effectively using CRM system. (SalesForce/ Delphi360)
- Increase market share globally and exceed set business objectives.
- Create & articulate value propositions around hospitality services.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Majorly focused on International & Intra-region business under all segments (Corp, leisure, MICE, Luxury Sales
- Have a proven track record (min 2 years) in Luxury Hotels in the GCC, ideally in a Global Sales environment
- Have a strong and established sales network, especially in Corporate, Leisure and MICE markets
- Be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work within a team achieve results
