A new opportunity has arisen with a significant investment solution company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be primarily responsible for leading their sales and marketing team, creating various initiatives to increase the company's customer portfolio and grow its brand within the GCC market. Aside from doing business development, the person will also be responsible for managing a small team, representing the organization in various functions/meetings/ events. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:Conducting market mapping and generating new leads within the target marketDeveloping a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiativesAnalyzing market trends and preparing forecastsDeveloping and managing the department's budget and overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaignsPreparing and presenting ad-hoc, quarterly and annual reports/presentations for senior managementKeeping informed of marketing strategies and trendsRequirementsTo be considered for this role, the candidate needs to meet the following criteria:A degree holder of any related courseAt least 1 year in business development or sales role within investment management tool or productsProven track record in sales and business development within the GCC marketExposure in family offices/ sovereign wealth fund and other banking and financial institution would be a plusProficiency in English language is a must knowledge in Arabic language would be a plusWilling to be based in Abu DhabiWilling to travel around GCCTo know other vacancies we have, please feel free to visit our website -
