We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities within the interiors and fit-out sector. The role involves identifying and engaging new clients, managing key relationships, and collaborating with internal design and estimation teams to deliver customized solutions.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial interiors and fit-out projects.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and developers.
Develop and maintain a healthy project pipeline and meet revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and project teams for proposals and bids.
Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and commercial offers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and contract closure.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to enhance visibility.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or business development within the interiors fit-out / design & build industry.
Track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
Strong network within real estate, construction, and design ecosystems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office. CRM knowledge preferred.
UAE market experience is mandatory.
Valid UAE driver's license.
