We are hiring a results-driven

Business Development Manager

for our client, a company specializing in

office interior design, office furniture, MEP works, and IT infrastructure solutions

. The ideal candidate must have experience in the

interior fit-out industry

and will play a key role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, design, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio and drive revenue. Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth in alignment with company goals. Collaborate with design, technical, and commercial teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. Represent the company at relevant events, exhibitions, and networking forums. Work closely with project and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of fit-out projects. Maintain detailed records of all sales pipelines, client interactions, and business development activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development within the office interior design and fit-out industry. Strong project management and cross-functional team coordination skills. In-depth understanding of office interiors, MEP systems, and IT structure requirements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Strong client service mindset with a track record of successful relationship management.
