Excellent knowledge of UAE market dynamics, commercial business districts, key stakeholders, project cycles, and tendering processes.
Strong network with Interior Design Companies, Project Management Companies, Commercial Real Estate firms, Property Agents, Building Managements & Retail and F&B Operators.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
