EverGuests Home Vacation is seeking a motivated and experienced
Business Development Manager
to help grow our portfolio of short-term rental properties across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new listings, developing relationships with property owners, and driving revenue through strategic outreach and property onboarding.
This role offers a
competitive commission structure
on all
new business
brought in -- including direct listings, property management contracts, and referral partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and secure new holiday home listings (apartments, villas, serviced units).
Build strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and corporate partners.
Present and negotiate holiday home management services and exclusive listing offers.
Onboard new properties and coordinate with the operations and marketing teams.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for
new business acquisitions

Maintain detailed records of outreach, leads, agreements, and property performance.
Represent the company at real estate events, expos, and networking meetings.
Stay updated with DTCM holiday home regulations and short-term rental market trends.

Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, real estate, or hospitality
Strong network of landlords, agents, or investors in the UAE market
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented
UAE driving license is preferred

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
