About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in highend holidays Homes to drive strategic growth, forge elite partnerships, and expand our presence within the premium travel market. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury clientele, bespoke travel experiences, and high-value relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Highend holiday Homes and experiential travel sector

Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients, luxury travel agents, private concierge services, and premium brands

Represent the company at exclusive events, trade shows, and networking forums

Collaborate with product and operations teams to design bespoke, high-end travel experiences tailored to client expectations

Negotiate commercial agreements with partners, suppliers, and destination management companies

Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging luxury travel demands

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure

Deliver revenue growth aligned with brand values and premium positioning

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 5+ years' experience in business development or sales within luxury travel, high-end holidays, or experiential hospitality

Proven track record of closing high-value deals

Established network within the luxury travel ecosystem (travel advisors, concierge firms, private clubs, etc.)

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Deep understanding of bespoke travel planning and premium client expectations

Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leadership

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with UHNW individuals or corporate luxury clients

Multilingual abilities are an advantage

Background in luxury lifestyle, yachting, private aviation, or elite hospitality sectors

Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
