VIONIX Pharma Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the rollout of PHARMORIS(TM), an AI-driven platform designed to support pharmacy and formulary optimisation. The role involves engaging hospitals, pharmacy departments, and healthcare organisations across Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop opportunities with hospital pharmacy teams and healthcare organisations
Conduct outreach, meetings, and product presentations
Run platform demonstrations and support pilot evaluations
Prepare proposals and commercial documentation
Maintain structured sales activity logs and coordinate closely with the product team
Build long-term client relationships within the region
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience within healthcare, medical distribution, pharmacy solutions, or health technology
Experience selling to hospitals or pharmacy departments
Strong understanding of formulary, inventory, or pharmacy-related workflows
Proven ability to manage full sales cycles
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or similar field
