Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Facility Management
. The ideal candidate will have strong industry contacts, excellent client acquisition skills, and the ability to close large-scale service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in Integrated facility management.
Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
Prepare and deliver service proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
Negotiate and close long-term contracts and
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Business Development for Integrated Facility Management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing service contracts.
Strong understanding of AMC, tendering, and bidding processes.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE driving license is a must.
