Job Title: Arabic Speaking Business Development Executive

Salary: AED 10,000 - 14,000 (including commission)

About the Role

We are looking for an Arabic Speaking Business Development Executive to join a growing company in the F&B tech and food safety sector. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within SaaS, HORECA, food manufacturing, or food safety consulting industries.

This is a proactive sales role focused on outbound business development (around 80%), engaging with F&B manufacturers, aggregators, and retail chains to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations with potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs. Stay updated on food safety, nutrition, and compliance trends.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or Nutrition. 3-7 years of B2B sales or business development experience. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) -- mandatory requirement. Strong outbound sales mindset; proactive and target-driven. Experience working with startups is an advantage. Interest in tech, food safety, or nutrition is a plus.

Revenue generated from new clients. Number of meetings and demos completed. Conversion rate and pipeline growth. Average deal size and market expansion.

UAE and other Gulf countries (KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman).
