Job Description

Job Responsibilities - Business Development Manager (Interior Fit-Out)



Identify and pursue new business opportunities

in the commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail sectors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships

with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and real estate developers.

Generate leads

, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into profitable projects.

Understand client requirements

and collaborate with design and project teams to propose suitable fit-out solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations

, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.

Negotiate contracts

and close deals, ensuring terms are beneficial and compliant with company policies.

Conduct market research

to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Set and achieve sales targets

and KPIs aligned with the company's growth strategy.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities

to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams

(design, estimation, project management) to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports

, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:
