Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
Business Development strategies
for overseas recruitment and manpower supply services.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across multiple sectors.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for timely fulfillment.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and business negotiations.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and regular business reports.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Female candidate with long-term
experience in Overseas Recruitment & Manpower Supply Business.
Proven background in business development or sales within the recruitment/manpower industry.
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Strong client network and market knowledge in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
