About the role

A fast-growing marketing services agency is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across digital, creative, and influencer marketing services in the GCC, with a strong focus on the UAE and KSA.

Candidates must already be based in the UAE and have proven UAE market experience

--familiarity with local clients, procurement processes, and on-ground business culture is essential.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute BD strategies to win clients across digital, creative, events, and activation services. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline: lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closure. Lead influencer marketing BD: identify creators, negotiate rates, manage onboarding and briefs, track KPIs and campaign ROI. Maintain strong relationships with C-level/marketing decision-makers; lead pitches, presentations, and RFPs. Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Delivery teams to craft tailored solutions and ensure smooth handovers. Set revenue targets and provide accurate forecasting and reporting. Stay updated on UAE/GCC/KSA market trends, competition, procurement practices, and cultural nuances.

Requirements

2-4 years of BD/sales experience in the UAE

within a digital, creative, branding, or influencer-focused agency. Strong understanding of the UAE market and must currently reside in the UAE. Proven success closing multi-stakeholder deals and generating new business. Bilingual Arabic & English preferred. Strong hunter mentality, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience handling influencer campaigns or creator partnerships is a strong advantage. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive). Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/Communications (MBA is a plus).
