Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect new clients to expand the customer base by Promoting and selling courier and logistics services to customers.

Analyzing competitor offerings and market positioning to inform strategy.

Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to ecommerce fulfilment services.

Work with senior management to set and achieve growth targets.

Identify and approach potential clients, including online retailers and brands needing fulfilment services.

Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch fulfilment solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues related to fulfilment services.

Collaborate with logistics providers, technology vendors, and other partners to enhance service offerings.

Explore opportunities for strategic alliances that can drive growth.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and fulfilment operations.

Provide regular reports to management on business development activities and results.



We are looking for



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics, preferably within the ecommerce sector.

Familiarity with fulfilment operations and supply chain management is a plus.

Understanding of ecommerce platforms and fulfilment technologies.
