Business Development Manager (B2B Sales - Global Markets)



Full-time | Dubai | Base Salary + Aggressive Performance Bonus

What you'll be doing:



Close new B2B deals

across global markets: distributors, retailers and retail chains, marketplaces, concept stores, DIY stores. Identify decision makers, open doors, run full-cycle sales, and

turn prospects into long-term partners

. Take full ownership of your sales funnel -- from cold outreach to signed contracts. Push our growth in regions like the

Middle East, Europe, North America, Australia and beyond

. Work directly with founders and executives to shape strategy and expand global reach.

What we're looking for:



Proven track record

in international B2B sales (3+ years minimum). Experience in

consumer goods / kitchenware / home & living

is a major plus. You've closed

six-figure deals

and know how to navigate complex sales cycles. You know how to hunt, not wait -- you're proactive, strategic, and relentless. Fluent English (Arabic is a bonus, not a must). You thrive in a target-driven environment and

own your results

. Knowledge in export operations and logistics as s plus.
