Business Development Manager
to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE construction market, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and quotations.
Analyze market trends to identify potential projects and partnerships.
Work closely with the management team to achieve company growth targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
