Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the construction chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English communication and presentation skills, capable of managing client relationships and leading projects from conception to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the construction chemicals sector.
Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and excellent client satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the construction chemicals industry.
Exceptional English communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field is preferred.
