Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out industry (corporate offices, retail, F&B, hospitality, residential, etc.).
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage.
Ensure a smooth handover of projects to the operations team.
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
Provide feedback to management on market conditions and business opportunities.
Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company services.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with the design and estimation teams to prepare bids and proposals.
Coordinate with project and commercial teams to align client expectations.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and business leads.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
