We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth for our Comarch Wealth Management solution, supporting Banks in their digital transformation across Europe and Middle East. Candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions Proven track record in selling cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) Experience and established contacts within local banks Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple leads Fluency in English (Arabic and French are an additional advantage)

Your responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Comarch Wealth Management Promote and sell enterprise software solutions, showcasing their benefits in optimizing performance, security, and cost management Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning Comarch as a trusted partner in enterprise digital solutions Account management for existing clients Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competition, and customer needs in enterprise software Lead negotiations and close deals with enterprise clients Represent Comarch at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Report activities and sales progress in internal systems
