The Business Development Manager in Facility Management is a crucial role responsible for driving the growth and expansion of an organization. This position demands a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative facility management solutions.

Responsibilities



Develop strategic plans for new client acquisitions. Identify prospective business opportunities and ensure successful conversion. Analyse market trends to identify areas for improvement. Monitor market dynamics and trends to align business strategies. Inculcate innovative ideas to improve service offerings and delivery methods. Build and maintain strong and cordial relationships with existing. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all business activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of services and customized solutions.

Requirements :



Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales in facility management services. Strong understanding of the facility management industry and its market dynamics. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential. Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans. Experience in managing teams, with a proven ability to motivate and lead diverse groups of employees. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail. Fluency in English & Arabic is a must. Proficiency in using relevant software and Microsoft Office Tools. A valid driver's license is preferred.
