Responsibilities

Inculcate innovative ideas to improve service offerings and delivery methods.
Build and maintain strong and cordial relationships with existing.
Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all business activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of services and customized solutions.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales in facility management services.
Strong understanding of the facility management industry and its market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.
Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
Experience in managing teams, with a proven ability to motivate and lead diverse groups of employees.

Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
