Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand Petroraq's sales operations. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and coaching the sales team, setting ambitious goals, and ensuring that every team member consistently meets and exceeds their quarterly sales targets. The role demands a hands-on leader who leads by example, actively engages in key client relationships, and drives revenue growth across all business segments.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, mentor, and train sales team members to build a high-performing, target-driven workforce.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Lead by example through direct client engagement and achieving personal sales targets.
Set quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives and ensure each sales team member consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.
Monitor performance through regular reviews, pipeline management, and performance reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities across EPC, Investments, and Trading divisions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones.
Collaborate with leadership to align sales activities with company goals.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
7-10 years of proven sales experience in Engineering, EPC, or Construction industry, with at least 3 years in leadership.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Saudi construction and EPC markets.
Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) is an advantage.
