We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of

business incorporation processes in both mainland and free zones.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share Lead and manage the team to ensure achievement of sales targets Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion strategies Expand and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities and partners Identify new business opportunities and create strategies for growth Ensure accurate CRM updates and manage all client interactions efficiently Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance performance Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals Support complex client requirements, ensuring a seamless business setup process

Requirements and Skills

3 to 5 years of experience in business setup services, sales management, or a similar role in the UAE Extensive knowledge of UAE company incorporation

(mainland & free zone)

and government regulations Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team Strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals effectively Excellent business development abilities with a well-established network of clients and partners Proficiency in CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Urdu, Hindi, or German are a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
