We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Marble & Granite company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling building materials, strong market knowledge in the UAE construction sector, and the ability to build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and project managers. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marble, granite, and building materials market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, consultants, architects, and developers. Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential projects. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients. Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements, delivery schedules, and customer support. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Building Materials industry (marble, granite, tiles, or related products). Strong knowledge of UAE construction and building material markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to develop strong client relationships and manage key accounts. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
