Job Title: Business Development Manager Broker Relations Location: Dubai, UAE Role Overview:
We are seeking a Broker Relations Manager with a strong network of real estate brokers specializing in Dubai's prime areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our broker relationships to secure new property listings for short-term rental management. This role is results-driven, with performance measured by the number of successful deals closed through broker partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Broker Relationship Management: Leverage existing connections with real estate brokers in prime Dubai locations (Palm Jumeirah, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JBR, etc.) to generate leads for short-term rental properties.
New Business Acquisition: Identify and onboard high-potential properties through real estate brokers, ensuring alignment with company's portfolio standards.
Negotiations & Deal Closing: Work closely with brokers and property owners to negotiate agreements that drive value for all parties.
Strategic Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with top-tier brokerage firms to create a consistent pipeline of property referrals.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, rental demand, and broker activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and track conversion rates, with success metrics based on deals closed.

Requirements

Proven Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or partnerships within Dubai's real estate market.
Strong Broker Network: Established relationships with brokers in high-end residential areas
Real Estate Knowledge: Solid understanding of Dubai's luxury rental market, short-term rental trends, and property management industry.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close property deals effectively.
Self-Driven & Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
UAE Driving License: Preferred but not mandatory.
