Job Title: Business Development Manager - ( Bodyshop & Automotive workshop )

Location: Ras al Khaimah

German Tech Motors LLC is seeking an experienced and driven

Business Development Manager

to spearhead growth initiatives within our

bodyshop and automotive repair division

. This role is crucial to developing new revenue streams, expanding our client base, and enhancing strategic partnerships in the collision repair and auto services market.

Key Responsibilities



New Business Development:


Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the automotive and collision repair industry, including fleet partnerships, insurance contracts, dealerships, and corporate clients.

Market Expansion:


Develop and execute strategic plans to enter new markets or service segments, with a strong focus on profitability and sustainable growth.

Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to maximize retention and revenue.

Sales Strategy & Execution:


Design and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing models tailored to local market dynamics.

Collaboration with Operations:


Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery, capacity planning, and alignment with customer expectations.

Reporting & Forecasting:


Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management.

Brand Representation:


Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local networking groups to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Requirements



Proven Experience:


Minimum 1-2 years in a business development or sales leadership role, preferably in the

automotive, bodyshop, or collision repair industry

.

Industry Knowledge:


Solid understanding of bodyshop operations, automotive repair processes, and industry regulations.

Strong Network:


Existing contacts within fleet services, insurance providers, dealerships, or automotive parts suppliers is a strong asset.

Communication Skills:


Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical Thinking:


Proficient in using data to drive decisions and optimize sales strategy.

Tech-Savvy:


Competency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.

Education:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Driver's License:


Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.
