We are seeking a
Business Development Manager
to join our dynamic team and drive business growth by building strong client relationships, expanding market presence, and leading strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in transport and workshop services.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and workshop teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to senior management.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Development Manager, preferably in the transport, logistics, or automotive workshop sector.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Results-driven with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
UAE/GCC experience is an added advantage.
