We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) Female with Charismatic personality to spearhead growth within our metal can division. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities across key sectors
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
Work closely with design, production, and customer to ensure seamless delivery
Deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Proven track record of securing new business and managing client accounts
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Willingness to travel as needed.
