or staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment solutions and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the UAE or GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the RPO and staffing domain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to design customized recruitment solutions.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate and close business deals with high professionalism.
Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
RPO, staffing, or recruitment sales
.
Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
UAE Driving License is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in B2B sales within HR or recruitment domain.
Familiarity with UAE labor market dynamics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
