Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

to lead client acquisition and partnership growth in the technology sector.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing strategies for expansion, and achieving sales goals.

You will work closely with marketing and technical teams to develop proposals, manage client negotiations, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE and international markets. Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Attend networking events and industry meetups to represent the company.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in

business development, sales, or account management

. Background in

software development or technology services

preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Experience using

CRM and sales tracking tools

. Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, or a related field

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the

United Arab Emirates

. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within a

software or IT services

company. Strong understanding of

digital solutions, SaaS, or automation technologies
