Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our growth initiatives both within the UAE and on an international scale. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our global market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities domestically and internationally to expand the company's client base and revenue streams.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to both UAE and international markets.
Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs across various regions.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Proposal Management:
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and negotiations to secure new business and partnerships.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on sales performance, market developments, and business development activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a preference for experience in both UAE and international markets.
Strong understanding of both UAE and international business landscapes and cultural nuances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or other languages is a plus.
