Identify and secure new business opportunities in MEP, FM, and fit-out sectors
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, property managers, and facility owners
Lead the tendering process: proposal development, pricing strategy, and technical submissions
Collaborate with operations and estimation teams to ensure accurate and timely bids
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
:
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within MEP, FM, or fit-out services
Strong network in UAE construction, real estate, and facilities sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record in securing high-value contracts
UAE driving license is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field
