Job Description

Welcome Home Apartments is a Holiday home company, currently managing 40+ apartments in Dubai. All the company's activities are aimed at maximizing guest satisfaction when staying in our accommodation facilities. The overall average rating of the company based on guest reviews is 9 / 10. We aim at long-term cooperation with our clients and employees.

Responsibilities:



Acquire New Units: Finding and connecting new properties Conduct outreach, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract signings with potential landlords; Owner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with property owners Onboarding Management: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new units; Provide consistent support and follow-up with homeowners to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction; Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new properties into our portfolio;

Requirements:



Experience in a similar position is a must;*
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and make data-driven business decisions; Strong negotiation and deal making skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; Proficiency in the use of industry software, MS Office and social media platforms; Effective problem identification and solution finding; Proactive and goal-oriented.
