Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Business Development Manager

with a strong background in

civil or structural engineering

to lead and expand our business portfolio across the

GCC region

,

Lebanon

, and

Iraq

. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge in

construction, roadworks, bridges, and infrastructure projects

, along with a proven record in

tendering, business development, and commercial management

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the infrastructure and construction sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with

public works authorities

, government clients, consultants, and contractors. Lead prequalification, tendering, and proposal processes. Conduct market analysis to support strategic growth decisions. Collaborate with executive management on commercial strategies and project pursuits. Represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil or Structural Engineering

from a

reputable university

(Master's preferred). Minimum

15 years of total experience

, including at least

8 years in business development

roles within major construction or infrastructure firms. Demonstrated experience in

roads, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure

projects. Proven business network and

connections with public sector authorities

or equivalent entities in

Qatar, GCC, Iraq, and Lebanon

. Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
