Job Description
Generate new business opportunities in recruitment and outsourcing
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill client needs
Prepare and present customized business proposals
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a manpower recruitment firm
Proven client base and strong market knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Must have a valid UAE driving license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
